Ⅱ. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping only within Australia, including:

  • All states and territories

  • Major metropolitan areas and most regions

The following areas may be unavailable or require further confirmation:

  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations (e.g., parts of Western Australia, Northern Territory, or remote postal code areas)

If you are unsure whether your address is within the service area, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.

Ⅲ. Shipping Costs and Pricing

  • Orders of AUD 137.50 or more: Free shipping

  • Orders under AUD 137.50: AUD 8.50 shipping fee

All product prices include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

We use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) for shipping.

The amount displayed on the website is the total amount payable, with no hidden fees.

Ⅳ. Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes

  • Order Processing Time:

    • Orders paid before 6:00 PM (AEST) will be processed on the same day.

    • Orders paid after 6:00 PM (AEST) will be processed the following business day.

    • If payment is made during weekends or public holidays, the order will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping Time: Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days after processing is complete.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery is expected within 6-13 business days, depending on customs, weather, and shipping conditions.

  • Shipping Carrier:

    • Shipping will be handled by DHL, FedEx, or UPS, all of which provide online tracking.

    • In case of any delays, we will notify you via email.

Ⅴ. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your order number

  • The carrier name

  • A tracking link

You can use the order tracking feature at any time to check the shipping status and estimated delivery date.

Ⅵ. Delivery Issues and Damaged Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.

If you find any of the following issues, take clear photos and contact our customer service team within 48 hours:

  • Lost or misdelivered packages

  • Severely damaged packaging

  • Damaged or defective items

After review, we will assess the situation and may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the case.

Any returns or additional charges due to incorrect delivery details or contact information provided by the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.

Ⅶ. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You can request to change the shipping details or cancel your order within 72 hours of placing it by contacting customer support.

  • After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
